From a university innovation project to a technology company dedicated to accessibility, Angelo Li’s entrepreneurial journey has been shaped by engineering exploration, continuous learning, and the pursuit of solving real-world challenges.
As a student at Chongqing University’s National Elite Institute of Engineering, Angelo Li（Li Cheng） has always believed that engineering should not only create technology, but also create meaningful impact.
During his university years, he participated in the XbotPark Innovation Camp initiated by Professor Li Zexiang, where his team received the Best Team Award.
This experience introduced him to the complete innovation process — from identifying real needs and designing products to transforming ideas into practical solutions — and became an important foundation for his entrepreneurial path.
From Innovation Projects to Entrepreneurship
During his sophomore summer,Angelo Li（Li Cheng）interned at a startup company.
There, he had a conversation with a PhD student who had decided to pause his studies and pursue entrepreneurship.
One sentence left a lasting impression on him:
“When an opportunity to change your life appears, you may regret giving it up when you look back ten or twenty years later. Opportunities like this may only come a few times in a lifetime.”
This conversation encouraged Angelo Li（Li Cheng）to rethink his future.
Beyond completing his studies, he wanted to pursue something meaningful — something that could create long-term value and make an impact on people’s lives.
He decided to step beyond the traditional student path and turn technological exploration into entrepreneurial practice.
Growing Through Mentorship and Teamwork
Entrepreneurship requires continuous learning and adaptation.
While developing products and building the company, Angelo Li（Li Cheng） expanded his knowledge across engineering, product development, business operations, and team management.
During his time at Chongqing University, his mentor Professor Luo Yuanxin provided important guidance and support.

The team won the Silver Award at the 8th China International College Students’ “Internet+” Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and participated in related project exhibitions.
Using Engineering to Advance Accessibility Innovation
Throughout his entrepreneurial journey, Angelo Li（Li Cheng）and his team have continued exploring accessibility technologies, aiming to make advanced assistive solutions more accessible.
Today, Wiltrue focuses on:
- Braille display technology;
- Smart accessibility terminals;
- Digital accessibility ecosystems.
As the first inventor,Angelo Li（Li Cheng）has applied for:
- 7 invention patents;
- 2 utility model patents;
- 1 software copyright.
He has also received multiple national, provincial, and municipal innovation awards.
His project received support from the Mingyue Lake International Intelligent Industry Science and Technology Innovation Base in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area and completed early-stage financing.
Today,Angelo Li（Li Cheng）has grown from a student entrepreneur into the:

从学生到创业者：郦铖与无界启航的成长之路
从校园创新项目，到一家专注信息无障碍技术的科技企业，郦铖的创业道路始于对工程技术的探索，也成长于一次次实践与挑战之中。
作为重庆大学国家卓越工程师学院学生，郦铖始终希望将工程能力转化为解决真实问题的技术。
在大学期间，他参加了由“大疆之父”李泽湘教授发起的 XbotPark科创夏令营，并获得“最佳团队奖”。这段经历让他第一次系统接触从需求洞察、产品设计到技术落地的完整创新过程，也为之后的创业道路埋下了种子。
从创新项目，到创业选择
大学二年级暑假期间，郦铖曾在一家初创企业实习。
在那里，他与一位选择创业休学的博士师兄进行了一次交流。
对方的一句话深深影响了他：“当一个能够改变人生的机会出现时，如果现在放弃，十年、二十年后回头看可能会后悔。这样的机会，一生可能只有几次。”
这次交流让郦铖开始重新思考自己的未来。
他意识到，除了完成学业之外，自己也希望尝试一些真正具有长期价值、能够影响更多人的事情。
于是，他选择走出熟悉的校园路径，将技术探索转化为创业实践。
在导师与团队支持中成长
创业并不是一条简单的道路。
在产品研发和企业建设过程中，郦铖不断学习新的领域知识，从工程技术、产品设计，到商业运营和团队管理。
在重庆大学学习期间，导师罗远新老师给予了他重要支持。
郦铖曾表示：“罗远新老师是我创业路上的引路人。他是一个很有情怀与梦想的人。”
在他看来，导师不仅提供了科研和创新平台上的支持，更重要的是鼓励学生勇敢探索自己的方向。
在团队成长过程中，郦铖带领成员不断参加创新创业赛事，并取得多项成果。
团队曾获得第八届中国国际“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛国赛银奖，并参与相关成果展示。
用工程能力推动无障碍创新
在创业过程中，郦铖带领团队持续探索信息无障碍技术，希望通过自主研发降低先进辅助设备的使用门槛。
目前，WilTrue围绕：
- 盲文显示技术；
- 智能无障碍终端；
- 数字内容生态；
持续进行技术研发与产品创新。
创业期间，郦铖以第一发明人身份申请：
- 7项发明专利；
- 2项实用新型专利；
- 1项软件著作权；
并获得多项国家级、省市级创新奖励。
项目也获得重庆两江新区明月湖智能产业科创基地支持，并完成早期融资。
如今，郦铖已经从一名学生创业者成长为：
