Wiltrue provides a 120-day limited warranty from the delivery date for eligible products purchased directly from Wiltrue.com.

During the warranty period, if a product has a manufacturing defect or fails to function properly under normal intended use, please contact us. After reviewing the issue, Wiltrue may, at its discretion:

• Repair the product;
• Replace the product with the same or an equivalent product; or
• Provide an appropriate refund or other resolution.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, accidents, improper use, normal wear and tear, or use contrary to the product instructions.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Fee

Standard shipping fee: $12 USD. Orders meeting the free shipping threshold qualify for free standard shipping. The applicable fee will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

For orders shipped to the United States, standard delivery typically takes 5–14 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Battery Product Shipping

WilTrue products containing lithium-ion batteries (including power banks) are subject to transportation regulations. Shipping options may vary by destination. If we are unable to ship to your location due to battery restrictions, we will contact you with an appropriate solution.
