All WilTrue orders are currently shipped from China.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping Fee

Our standard shipping fee is:

$12 USD

Orders that meet the applicable free shipping threshold may qualify for free standard shipping.

From time to time, WilTrue may offer limited-time shipping discounts or free shipping promotions.

The applicable shipping fee and any available promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

For orders shipped to the United States, standard delivery typically takes 5–14 business days after the order has been shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs clearance, and other factors.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, severe weather, public holidays, carrier delays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

You can use our Track Your Order page to check the status of your shipment.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after your package has been shipped.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes, or other fees depending on the destination and local regulations.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that are not included in the shipping charge may be the customer's responsibility.

Any applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout when required by applicable law.

7. Battery Product Shipping

Some WilTrue products, including power banks, contain lithium-ion batteries.

Battery products are subject to transportation regulations and carrier requirements. Therefore, shipping options and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Certain destinations may have restrictions on the transportation of battery products.

If we are unable to ship a battery product to your location due to applicable transportation restrictions, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
